Met Holiday Monday: Memorial Day
Met Holiday Mondays returns to the Metropolitan Museum of Art this Monday, Memorial Day. The Met is usually closed on Mondays, but with the support of Bloomberg, the Met and all of its galleries are open on select holiday Mondays.
This is your chance to catch temporary exhibits that are currently on display:
- Jeff Koons on the Roof
- Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy
- American Landscapes
- Medieval and Renaissance Treasures from the Victoria and Albert Museum
- Tiepolo Drawings from the Robert Lehman Collection
- Anatomy of a Masterpiece: How to Read Chinese Paintings
- Radiance from the Rain Forest: Featherwork in Ancient Peru
- Beauty and Learning: Korean Painted Screens
All galleries of the permanent collection will also be open to visitors.

Hours: Tue-Thur 9:30am-5:30pm; Fri-Sat 9:30am-9pm; Sun 9:30am-5:30pm; Closed Monday (except for select Met Mondays)
Cost: Suggested Donation Adult $20; Senior (65 and older) $15; Student $10; Members Free; Children (under 12 with adult) Free.
